On July 3, 2021, I purchased tickets to a minor league baseball game near where I live. I received three emails telling me tickets would be delivered soon. One of them mentioned to check my spam folder just in case (which I did). I never received another email with the tickets. When I asked for a refund, they basically called me a liar and said absolutely not. I had to buy new tickets at the park. Secure Box Office is a joke. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!
