The business that I work in gets our propane tanks from Superior Propane. Every time that I have called and left a message for someone to call me back so that I can place an order, I have NEVER received a call back. When I call again, I am always told that I will receive a call back but it doesnt happen! Even through their customer service email, I also never receive an email back. The worse customer service that Ive ever seen in my life! How do you run a business with the worse customer service team ever? I have never experienced this before with a business and it is very disappointing. User's recommendation: Expect to be treated like you don’t matter.
