My car was stolen and I need a car to get to work . So I went to JDBYRIDER the process was fast I put a down payment of 500.00 . And a few weeks later they called me and advise me to make sure I have 3,500 in my account for the deferred down payment. I questioned them about that and advise I was not aware of that, I was told by a nasty person to read the paper work and sure enough I did and it was on there . But I was ok because I had the money in the account. Moving forward a year and 3 months after that my son totaled the car, I called CNCA and told them about the accident , I sent them pictures of the car they called me 2 days later and told me the car is totaled. I was getting calls from them saying I would be getting $ 4,500 back. For 2 weeks I was waiting for a check and no check, then I got a call from them and I was told they made a mistake there will be no check, I was told bring $500.00 bucks in for a deductible and will for giving the remaining balance of the loan. I ask what balance they said $4,500 bucks . I questioned them about the insurance and all they can say was that I owe it and will be taking car payment out of your checking account . The real question is what was there insurance for in the 1st place!!!! Jdbyrider is a rip off all the way around .
