Never bothered to help

Went in to find out about test they offer on charging unit of vehicle. Had it done there before at know charge where they check the battery and alternator. This time they gave me a *** answer and never bothered to help. Use to buy all my replacement parts from them but will no more. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
