As a man suddenly engaged in a nasty divorce facilitated by wife's attorneys, I cannot believe the lack of integrity this Judge has. She has let my wife keep the children for 45 days with no contact, provided Joint Custody then added a stipulation where an MFT had to determine when full Joint Custody could take place (illegal). She has ignored every single piece of evidence I have provided to the Court. My wife continues to fabricate allegations and despite the evidence I have contradicting each of her claims, Judge has ruled against me on every account. ihave researched into her campaign funding and found that my wife's attorney was a signficant contributor to her election campaign. What is our recourse here? Is the District Attorney the one to approach?
