Negative ink business credit card experience

1

Original review updated by user Jul 28, 2021 Chase Bank asked us to apply for ink business unlimited credit card. Even though we have been in business for 25 years and the owner has an 800 FICO Score with real low debt ratio, and both personal and business accounts at Chase, always in good standing, they gave an insignificant 3k credit limit. We do not need the credit but nevertheless find it real insulting. Had a meeting with branch manager today who said he cannot help in any way because credit limits are assigned by corporate, not him. Would like to close all accounts but easier said than done. Also not happy with client support who is always located in SE Asia and usually has poor English skills. Stay away from Chase and take your business accounts elsewhere. User's recommendation: stay away go elsewhere.
