Most organizations feed from the lead.The head sets the tone. I was shocked after the fact of receiving shorty service to be asked by the mgr to deal with him directly to make good on last weeks failed services that HE WAS THE ONE RECEIVING MY KEYS AND NOY ACKNOWLEDING THAT HE WAS RYAN ! EVEN WHEN I ASKED SINCE HE GAVE STRICT ADVICE TO DEAL DIRECTLY WI5H HIM.THE AGENT NEARBY FAILER TO POINT OUT WHEN I REPEATEDLY ASKED WHO IS RYAN AND TYAT ID LIKE TO SPEAK WITH HIM.LIKE MGR LIKE TEAM!WONT BE GOING BACK ,,EVER!don't go !
