Needing a refund or replacement

I purchased a pellet grill for over $500 I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement or refund, the representative send me a few items to replace different items on my grill unfortunately I couldn't replace repair it one my own and asked for a refund or replacement. I have tried to get in contact with John Cronan (representative name) to discuss my issues I have emailed several times and have called and left messages. No return calls or emails going on two weeks now!!! This is frustrating when I have purchased something for over $500 and dont have a grill working!!! User's recommendation: Don’t purchase anything from this company!!!
