Needed help to login to my account since the system had changed.

Rachel resolved the problem. She found my records and walked me through how to create an account for the new system ACT is using. She also provided my ACT ID, which was the main thing I had forgotten and needed, and answered questions I had about changing my address in my ACT account. She was really nice and patient. She also seemed to understand her job really well. User's recommendation: I enjoyed my experience and if all customer service representatives are this efficient then I recommend contacting ACT with your issues.
