I'm trying to get a planet fitness card for my boss, he does not want to put an app on his phone and they are refusing to give him a card he's been a member ( black card ) for almost 3 years now. I was wondering if you can help me find out how I can get this gentleman a key card thank you . I've asked to associates that to the gym he goes to but they said he can't have a card the guy is 61 years old he doesn't want to put an app on his phone.
