The check that I was trying to cash was rejected even though I had cashed 2 checks from the same company the previous week before. One check was for a lesser amount &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; one for a higher amount than the one that i was trying to cash that day. I had to go & pay $22 at a check cashing place in order to get it cashed. I then had to pay an additional $4 to get it put on my card. I do not appreciate being treated like this especially when there had been no problem in the previous week. By the time that I had paid fees to do everything, I didn't have the enough money to pay the bill that I was trying to get paid, which happened to be my car insurance. Your service cost me a lot of time, gas, & money because it wouldn't cash the check so that I couldn't put it on my card & pay my bill. This service that you think you provide doesn't provide anything but lost. I have another check today from the same company that I am going to try to cash again at Walmart so that I can put it on my card. I would appreciate being taken off your freaking risk category so that I'm not inconvenience any more with this. You think your service is helping but it hindering those of us who are trying to do the right thing for our family.
