Hello, I have made an attempt with Budget Air to reschedule my flight that leaves within a few days. I was informed by Kashif in Customer Service I would have to do this with the airline. I contacted Finnair who said they did not have the ability to reschedule flights and I would have to go through my travel agency, you are my travel agency. I have never had trouble rescheduling a flight. Im flabbergasted. I need help! User's recommendation: Book through the airline directly.
