I went onto FIFA 21 at 18:00 to see what new had come out and I saw you brought out a party bag I went to out in my future birthday gervihno to see if he would complete it but I never submitted it then it booted me off EA SPORTS servers and wouldn't let me back on for a couple of hours when I eventually got back on and it had submitted the party bag and my gervihno was gone even though I hadn't submitted it is there a way you can resolve this issue if so it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
