I sent money for my cousin Hernanie Die. The transaction was canceled for unknown reason. She went to pick up the money before MoneyGram informed me. It is not easy to go about like that in a country that is not safe. Imagine taking 2 buses then walk a few blocks to pick up money that was sent, to find out that the fund was cancelled. And you have to do the same trip back home. This is really unacceptable.When I called customer service. They said I wont be able to send money on her name anymore. That is really disturbing. I had to go to WU to resend the fund. I am not happy about that. to go tto Westmoney for her. User's recommendation: MoneyGram should check the status of the receiver so they don’t have to waste people’s time and money.
