I have money owed to me from services in 1996, but in order to claim it I have to have a bill from southwestern bell showing I had services with them at that time . The billing department told me that they could only access bills to 8 years back. So my money owed to me is unclaimable due to their not archiving necessary information on previous accounts past 8 years. User's recommendation: Forget about getting what's owed to you.
