Started refinance origination process, all my information was sent and my loan originator had training for 4 days, never informed me and couldnt reach him. Their loan electronic Octane was frozen and I couldnt get help from Brian Coil to inform him of problem. I texted, emailed, and voicemails him and he got mad I was bothering him and canceled my loan application! Then called his manager, he said he would help me and he lied and never responded back to me. When Brian Coil found out I am a senior, Native American and get help from Social Services for the granddaughters I raise he stopped my loan and I have 835 credit score, only owe 165, 000 on my original loan and home appraised for 899,000 and many investments (go figure) just plain racism, sexism, and bias to elders! User's recommendation: Never trust this mortgage company.
