Actually, I wasn't complaining. I called a customer service rep and told her I needed an original lien release from the company going back to 2005. I was concerned that she would even be able to locate it. She was fantastic though. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. I told her it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I wish all service reps for all companies were half as good as she was.
