Update by user Mar 08, 2021 I still have not heard from Otis Elevator, except to get another reminder about the late payment that was made back when it was due. Original review posted by user Feb 05, 2021 NO ANSWER - THEN I CALLED BACK ON MY LINE, AND GOT A VOICE MAIL THAT SAID BOX WAS NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW MESSAGES.
