Need help with sending ticket to buyer

Can't send ticket to buyer and have tried for hours. Have put the tickets on google pay but can't download on file to send to buyer as are e tickets and no phone number given to me for Abraham Dinsdale of 22 Firenze st Glenwood 2768 Australia from Alan Smith Order number 2487**** need help this is so complicated .
