I spoke to a representative named Mizel who I expressed to that my car was stolen and I needed help with getting my car returned. This Representative show no interest or urgency in getting my car back. This was my first time sharing my car on Hyre car and so far Im not impressed with the level of professionalism at all when it comes to getting my car returned to me. Im extremely disappointed. User's recommendation: Hyre Car doesn’t take guest cars being stolen serious.
