Took it to 4 shops and nobody would take the parcel . Very didnt supply a returns leaflet , and it caused so much inconvenience . And your company is using that ridiculous 09 telephone number took me ages and ages to find a phone number that was a normal 03 number . Good job I read the small print . £6 a min on a land line , that 09 number . I am not happy with the service U need To get rid off that company . Will loose u customers
