This company really need to step into the 21st Century. It's horrid C.S. Sucks, I've tried on several attempts to contact someone regarding my situation for the very best of Insults. I called and had to leave a message called C.S. they then referred me to retail. I had to leave "a "Message. The worse C.S.ever. What type of Company where I can't get a Rep to order parts.
