Need a rewards card replacement card

Went by the same Royal farm station today 3/10/2021 at 2:30 to get gas and the same issue is that they are not emptying the trash cans. 7300 Bethlehem Blvd Sparrows Point MD 21219. What is wrong with this gas station. Also having trouble with my card not being read by the pump. Had to try it many times.
