Need a refund on tickets that did not scan

We purchased tickets that DID NOT SCAN. we had to buy more tickets at the show. And now I can not get ahold of anyone who can give me my money back for the tickets I bought that we COULD NOT USE. even after a confirmation email was sent the day of. User's recommendation: Do not use vivid seats.
