We have sold our house and need a letter stating our mortgage has been paid off!. Our closing will be out on hold and takes place 6/3/21 User's recommendation: We paid off our mortgage with citi mortgage in 2003 and need a letter stating loan has been satisfied. Our closing will be put on hold other wise. Please call me at 315730****.
