ncco air treatment unit – model no.. sp6390

2

I am very dissatisfied with this unit - bought last august 2020 it was running fine but about 5 days back, the unit was showing in red light "eco" ncco. - so I got a new "westinghouse ncco hepa filter" exactly like the original one. However, this new filter did not solve the problem at all. I read the operation manual and followed all instructions several times over and over without any success. I cannot take this product back to where I bought it from, so what should I do now? Is it for garbage now??? I demand an answer from WestingHouse Joseph Galea
