7/10/21 spent 2 1/2 hours with a nonresponsive proctor trying to gain access to the exam. Chat feature was ignored; four calls to technical support were useless except that they promised a refund which I am now told is a lie. I was so upset when the exam finally opened that I could not concentrate, but I made it almost to the end of the state portion of the exam when my screen went black and I was logged out. I do not have copies of the useless chat. I was not provided the opportunity to finish the exam or check my work. I want a refund.
