This is my sister dealing with Stage 4 Brain Cancer and declared INCOMPETENT in September 2012 and ISPC was told about this. There are 2 guilty parties: 1.)Sun Tec of Clearwater whose salesman got her to sign her name on the loan when my credit did not qualify 2.) ISPC for not going after Sun Tec for their deplorable business methods. It's just a whole lot easier to ruin my credit!! Update by user Apr 07, 2018 Forgot to add that I was charged a late fee, because I made my next payment too early. ISPC stated their computer does not register this action. Original review posted by user Apr 06, 2018 Stuck me with a loan I didn't qualify for but salesman from Sun Tec had my sister sign the loan form. She was declared incompetent but ISPC does not care about this. The loan was obtained fraudulently. Plus company did not give 72 waiting period to decided to change our mind. Have made several attempts to straighten this matter out, but all they did was report me to the credit bureau as non paying. My sister die from brain cancer and now I am stuck with an $11,000 loan I did not even qualify for. My income is below poverty level. Don't do business with either Sun-Tec or ISPC. Neither has scruples
