My wife bought her Nissan Murano from Carmax, but we have had it serviced at Jones Junction Nissan for years. They have turned my wife's perfect engine into an oil burner. We got it back from an O Ring repair and all of a sudden it was burning oil. Want to bet one of the kids they have doing oil changes and repairs forgot to put oil in, or something? They extort you if you buy the "Jones for life" oil changes and tire rotations, as any maintenance problem becomes void if you choose not to meet all of your scheduled maintenance with them. There are other problems with them, too numerous, and tiring, to rehash. One last thing: the service manager, Carol, is a liar, and a very bad one. She is complicit in every rip off that comes out of this dealership.
