Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Terrible Service=BEWARE!

They sold the truck I wanted to buy while I was in the application process!! Totally poor service by the salesman & then by the so-called "one of the managers". It was as if they were trying NOT to sell a vehicle. Typically you can't get rid of a car salesman, but these guys needed to be chased & begged practically. They didn't try to help me, they didn't try to find a solution, they didn't even take all the information I provided them into consideration before they applied with the bank. They pulled my credit and then made their own decision before discussing with me in detail. Also, they were very slow in their response and I had to call them twice because they didn't call me back when they said they would. I had called a friend in Myrtle Beach that owns a large business there BEFORE I called the dealership to ask if he had any experience with them. He told me that he had tried to do business with them twice, unsuccessfully and ended up purchasing elsewhere. Even though I am from Charlotte, 4 hrs away, they had an SUV that was difficult to find, so I pursued the purchase much to my dismay. I'm a "pissed consumer"!
