My voucher redeem code was locked

I am very pissed with the situation at hand because I bought coinstar voucher worth 1,500 dollars at the coinstar machine and i am unable to redeem my voucher. When I try redeeming my voucher it tells me the voucher redeem code has been locked. I have been calling this company customer support but all I get is voicemail and I don't get a call back for over one week now
