Hi, I've noticed a payment reoccurring going out of my account on a fortnightly basis I don't recognise or signed up to, I contacted the bank, and they informed my this company (MyTimeRewards) was well known for this problem and they blocked further payments and suggested I contact you for reimbursement of the payments that have gone out of my account
