My tickets were canceled. I spoke with a representative and explain that I has trying to add my son and grandchild. I told him I would like the three of us to sit together on the way coming home. He took my card information for the purchase! I gave him my phone as well he told me he would give a call back with seat info. That was on Thursday July 30th, 2021. I did not hear back from him, so I called back today an was told that I needed to call customer service at (702)50*-888.I have tried calling to get this resolved and no one is answering. My flight comes back on the 8th if August
