My skrill account restricted unnecessarily.

i added money from 3 of my credit cards, it got refused by 2 cards due to some transaction failure, but it got added by one card then the skrill restricted my account with my money in it. i gave all 3 credit card statements still they did not remove the restriction from my account. User's recommendation: never use skrill, it has no proper customer care and service is very bad. they do whatever they wish.
