To All the Staff at Lazy Days: My most sincere apologies!!! Let me explain…. I have spoken very poorly regarding your company. I am a full time RV’er. The first few years, my husband and I were campground hosts. We heard a lot of RV horror stories and some were pointed at Lazy Days. Thus, when asked for our opinion, we always advised potential buyers to steer clear of Lazy Days. Well, four years later, my husband and daughter were casually strolling through your used RV lot. When I heard that one of your RV’s had caught their eye, I began to replay the horror stories. Not only was Lazy Days to corporate-like, but their prices were unattainable. Surely, we could not afford an RV from Lazy Days. Curiosity got the best of me and the wheels started turning. I began the process, knowing full well that I would soon come up against a reason not to purchase. The first hurdle was our trade in. It was fairly new, with a few blemishes. I was amazed that Lazy Days offered us a substantial amount for our trade in. The second hurdle was the price of the new RV. Lazy Days again stepped up to bat and offered us a figure well below asking. Do I dare get excited………. The third hurdle was transporting our old RV and exchanging it for the new one. We did not have a towing vehicle, so we were at the mercy of Lazy Days. Again, Lazy Days met our need at a very workable price. So, to end this review……. We are now proud owners of a Lazy Day’s RV and if asked………. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Thanks for everything
