My shark died and will not charge

Have to wait 3 weeks for a charger and its not a completely a sure thing that will resolve issue. Was told to call back if it doesn't work..not happy at all. After a hard delivery of my son at 36 weeks and cannot clean with my vac mop that should make things easier for my csection..I am very unhappy with shark right now..
