My service and warranty repair.

On or about june 18th someone came out to replace my front wind shield, the rear view came within a day or two. My husband danny webb called and scheduled a warranty repair and was told we had to wait till the 13th of july. On the 13th the worker came out and told me he did not have the correct weight in tape to fix it so he would return on the 14th and complete repair. I stayed home all day again on the 14th only to be rescheduled for the 15th. I am writing the bbb and I am contacting my bank and having the dispute the payment for such a sorry as replacement and repair for something that could have been fixed in 5 min and only should have taken no more than a week to have it repaired.
