Hello. I contacted customer service regarding my studio cycle. They told me that they would not be able to send out a service technician to fix the hydraulic leak that I am experiencing. I purchased the extended warranty - and would greatly appreciate a remedy for my current situation. I have been really enjoying my bike, and would like to return to training on it as soon as possible. Thank you.
