My renter’s rebate

I filed my taxes on Turbo tax and was to get back $638 my renter's rebate for last year's and this year's rentals rebate bit was rebate but now it's stating that I am not getting anything back I would like to know why and where it went cause nothing should take away from my renter's rebate nothing Hi highly agitated
