i'd like to inform you that i bought samsung refrigerator from saudi arabia through United Matbouli group in jeddah on 2008 , i used my refrigerator one month every year , in the begining on 1/5/2008 a company called home electronics in egypt came to my house as a agent for samsung and started my refrigerator , it was working well during the last years but this year after we came to egypt from saudi arabia i found the temperature lamp increasing and its cooling not well i called tat ompany and they come told me it need sensor cost 500 E.P i told them its under warranty they told that the warranty not working in egypt i tried my best to reach any agent responsible i'm in trouble not for the money but if they are not proffessional and i can loose my expensiv refrigerator even there is printed name on the back of the warrenty called El.tholathia in cairo but its telephone no is out of service plz help me to find the agent in egypt thanks my refrigerator model is RS-22FLMR Serial no is 059042by600069k. my contact no 002015****9827
