So Fed Ex states a a package was delivered saturday june 26th at 4:45 pm after being delayed a few times. I waited for this package to be dropped/delivered but it never showed up on my property. So I read your support links, not to supportive to wait 14 days...Wait for what ???? So a small purchase this time as to my usual purchases was a small purchase yes a megar $28.00 of merchandise. How do you resolve these type of issues that arent listed or found on help links? Refund, credit, nothing. I'd hope some resolve because I love Thredup but dont like this wait 14 days thing. I dont understand and Id like to leave a happy customer with you guys. User's recommendation: Delivery beware.
