My product has been canceled without informing me

My order 517582****6417 which had been paid in full on 5th May 21 has been cancelled by seller on 14th May 21 The cancellation has been done by seller without my knowledge I seek an explanation from Lazada , failing a satisfactory reply I will put up a consumer complaint with Singapore authorities with a fee of 10.7 SGD I need a reply ASAPWill not recommend LAZADA I
