Update by user Mar 15, 2021 I just tried the customer service number, it rings once and then goes busy. Original review posted by user Mar 15, 2021 I ordered many Okowatt units to save money and they was going to give them as Christmas presents last year. Once I realized it was a lie, I tried to contact them and there was no information I could find. I emailed them, no response. I disputed the payments on the credit card, it was over 120 so the bank would not help. I contacted shopify.com tonight and they have nothing they can do to help. I am going to call this customer service number now, 10:30 pm Central DST. These people need to refund some money to everyone of its customers, TODAY!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
