My Pro was very unprofessional I will never use the Handy app ever again. I confirmed with my pro twice for today at 10am and he never answered any of my messages or calls and never showed up. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever been through and I want a full refund. Terrible reviews will be made. User's recommendation: never use this app use Task Rabbit.
