Hello, on February 2021 I booked air ticket from you guys, and than I extended my ticket and I paid again. Unfortunately I didnt travel due COVID 19. I called you guys for refund, but you guys declined the refund. I dont understand most of airlines companies or websites refunding customers money. I dont why you guys said no to me. I am again planning to travel internationally. If its okay for you you guys give me some discount for my future air ticket. User's recommendation: Never ever recommend to anyone.Bad service.
