My points that I earned have been taken away. My account has been deactivated.

On May 5, 2021 Knotts.[protected]@gmail.com I tried to sign in to redeem over 17000 points and the system tells me that my account has been deactivated. I did not do this. I use my points daily. I want my account to be reactivated and my points reinstated. I have done nothing against policy and have been very pleased with this program. I enjoy using the search engine.
