My phone is not working

My phone was not working for 4 day I was trying to reach to u guys!!!of course no one was there to help me Also Ive been charge for those 4 days Even my phone was not even working and I cannot call out or too receive any phone calls !!! Thank you for responding back after two weeks !!! Very Very professional I think its time to me to shop around for new service!!! After 7 years with u guys
