My phone app is not working

I am on day 893 and my phone is working but the Duolingo app just freezes up. It will switch screens but then freeze. Then tell me "oops, there"s a problem (or something to that affect). On each one of the screens, story, reading, audio. Please help Believe my Duolingo is entered in my other email address if that helps: mouse54@***.com Please ~ I love my duolingo User's recommendation: I do like Duolingo.
