Can someone help me? I have called Florida Department of Economic Opportunity like 7 times since 1/21 and they have not fixed the glitch in the system and because of this I haven't received no payment assistance. Every time I called no one is helping to resolve this matter. What else I can do? This is very frustrating and sad that we have to live like this. Please can someone help me? This is urgent
