My pass I bought in feb isn’t workong

Trying to make a reservation and it the message keeps saying they cant locate my pass, Ive double checked, and it's all paid up and now the dates our group was going is full. Its been over a week of me calling and leaving emails. Not one response! I regret buying these stupid passes! Disneyland may be expensive, but they definitely take care of their customers. User's recommendation: Hope you don’t have any issues because there is nobody around to help you!
